Send them over with your enquiry and we can usually give you a budget figure before we visit. If you have not got that far, it does not matter. Most people have not.

We reply the same day
Usually within a couple of hours in working time. If the job is not one for us we will say so then rather than let it drift.

We come and look
A proper look at the space and what is behind it, at a time that suits you. Free, and there is nothing to sign afterwards.

You get it in writing
An itemised estimate with a start date and a programme. Take as long as you like over it.
